SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF SOCIETY IN THE DIGITAL ERA: Innovation, Technology, Guidance and Management of Education
(AKG Global Support Services (OPC) Private Limited, 2025) Amit Kumar Goel, Iryna Shumilova, Nataliia Hrechanyk, Viktoriia Bokovets
The book Sustainable Growth of Society in the Digital Era: Innovation, Technology, Guidance and Management of Education is a compilation of scientific papers and conference proceedings from an international event organized by AKG Global Support Services (India) in association with the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. It addresses the rapid transformation of society driven by digital technologies, globalization, climate change and educational reforms, emphasising the need for sustainable and inclusive development in the 21st century. Central to the book is the idea that education is the primary tool for shaping a harmonious, adaptive, and ethically responsible society capable of responding to modern challenges. Traditional models of educational management are becoming increasingly outdated, and there is a critical need for innovative leadership, digital literacy, flexible learning, and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
