Item Impact of Emotions on Physical Health and Illness(Book Rivers HN 22 Kanchan Nagar Kalyanpur Lucknow UP, 2025) Sadia ShakeelThe close relationship between mental and physical health has long been suspected or understood by people. "Died of a broken heart" and "pined away from grief" are two phrases that describe this connection in its most extreme form. Many studies support this age-old intuitive understanding by demonstrating that in order to improve mental and physical wellbeing, healthy emotions must be felt and expressed in a suitably healthy way. Unhealthy emotions, or healthy emotions that are suppressed, can sap life's vitality and make people more prone to problematic coping strategies, long-term illnesses, or autoimmune symptoms. Although emotions have traditionally been categorized as either positive or negative, it may be more accurate to consider how they impact a person's overall perspective on life under a particular set of circumstances. Anger or terror, for example, might be a healthy reaction in some circumstances but uncalled for and, hence, harmful in others.Item Consciousness and Karma: An Inter- woven Dance of Cause and Effect(Book Rivers HN 22 Kanchan Nagar Kalyanpur Lucknow UP, 2025) Divya R. Panjwani, Sukhmeet Kaur, Farah ZahidiIn an era marked by rapid technological advancements, shifting cultural paradigms, and unprecedented global interconnectivity, the question of consciousness—what it is, how it functions, and how it shapes human experience—has become more relevant than ever. A Journey of Consciousness: Exploring the Depths of Awareness is born from the desire to bring together multidisciplinary voices that reflect, question, and illuminate the many dimensions of consciousness. Yet, as educators, policymakers, and communities, we continue to grapple with the question: How do we ensure that education truly embraces the diversity of learners in our world? This question inspired the creation of Embracing Diversity: A Comprehensive Handbook on Inclusive Education. This book is a culmination of years of reflection, research, and hands-on experiences in classrooms and educational settings. It is grounded in the conviction that inclusive education is not just a goal but a necessity for building compassionate, resilient, and innovative societies. Inclusive education is more than a methodology or policy framework—it is a philosophy grounded in the principles of equity, diversity, and social justice. It envisions schools and classrooms as microcosms of inclusive societies, where every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. By fostering environments where differences are celebrated rather than marginalized, inclusive education equips students with the skills and mindsets to contribute to a more compassionate and equitable world. Inclusive education is not without its complexities. Implementing it demands courage, collaboration, and a willingness to rethink traditional paradigms. But the rewards—more equitable learning environments, empowered individuals, and stronger communities—are worth the effort. Embracing diversity enriches not only the classroom but society as a whole. When every learner is valued and supported, we unlock the full potential of individuals and communities.
