It explores how tools such as mobile applications, AI chatbots, online dispute resolution systems, e-courts, and digital legal aid portals are reshaping the relationship between citizens and the justice system. Written in simple and accessible language, the chapter highlights how these platforms reduce barriers related to distance, cost, delay, and fear, especially for first-time litigants and marginalized communities. At the same time, it critically engages with concerns surrounding digital exclusion, data protection, algorithmic bias, and ethical governance. Drawing upon constitutional principles, landmark judicial decisions, and policy frameworks, the chapter emphasizes that technology must function as a supportive aid rather than a replacement for human judgment. It argues that true access to justice can be achieved only when digital innovation is guided by the rule of law, inclusivity, transparency, and respect for human dignity. Ultimately, the chapter positions Al-driven justice platforms as bridges that connect citizens to legal institutions, while cautioning that their success depends on people-centric design, institutional accountability, and continuous public trust.Item Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management(Book Rivers, 2026) Asra Afreen, Habib UddinItem A Study to Explore Emerging Trends and Innovation in Digital Marketing(Book Rivers, 2026) Ali Raza, Priyanka BajpaiAs time passes, businesses are adapting to various digital marketing strategies as it helps them connect with the consumers effectively.
