    Ensuring Climate Justice for all and International Environmental Politics: Interconnection between Humanity and Nature in a Globalized World

    In contemporary period, the preservation of mother earth is a key issue all over the globe. Environment composed of both physical and biological components. Only single nation's dreadful conditions of environmental degradation may affect the worldwide ecosystem for all the nations. The crisis of enviro-crimes has attained global dimension and India is not immune from this crisis. The climate change has been a key theme in global relations for nearly half a century now. Characteristically of a trans-national climate issues have been acknowledged as an archetypal strategy domain for global collaboration interests, ideas and organizations play out at the international arena that shape the who gets what in this international domain. Therefore, in recent years, International Environmental Jurisprudence is being increasingly witnesses as a serious means of promoting Sustainable Development Principles at global sphere. The authors in this paper deals with the challenges and issues relating to ensuring Climate Justice for all and International Green Politics, role of International Institutions and various concern agencies and what are the international policies and guidelines for the protection and restoration of environment.

    Navigating the Climate Crisis: Public Health Challenges and the Role of Community Empowerment

    The well-being of communities is increasingly threatened by climate change, which exacerbates many health issues that disproportionately impact vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, children, low-income groups, and people with preexisting medical disorders. Rising temperatures, harsh weather, and changing disease patterns are the causes of these issues, which have a direct effect on physical health through an increase in heat-related illnesses, air pollution-induced respiratory disorders, and the spread of vector-borne infections. Indirectly, the stress of living in more insecure surroundings, natural catastrophes, and displacement all contribute to mental health problems that are made worse by climate change. Building community capacity is recognized as an essential strategy for enhancing adaptive resilience in response to these issues. Communities can create customized strategies that help reduce the health risks related to climate change by supporting sustainable practices, encouraging climate adjustment activities, and integrating local populations in decision-making processes. This strategy is also important for making sure that efforts to improve community well-being include marginalized populations, who are frequently the ones most impacted by climate change. The chapter emphasizes the need for a multifaceted strategy that combines scientific innovation, policy development, and community capacity building to address the health implications of climate change. This strategy, which places a strong emphasis on equality and inclusivity, makes sure that the most vulnerable groups are included in the worldwide endeavor to increase adaptive strength. Last but not least, preserving community well-being in the face of climate change necessitates an integrated approach that blends community-level resilience-building with more general policy and scientific developments.
