Item Learning, Unlearning and Relearning: A dynamic process of knowledge management under different development stages(Jupiter Public Consortium, 2023) Divya R. PanjwaniThe objective of this study is to investigate the dynamic process of knowledge management from the viewpoints of learning, unlearning and relearning which are aimed at fostering an environment that is conducive at different developmental stages. The model is provided on the basis of an exhaustive examination of the relevant literature. The concept proposes that the evolutions of learning, unlearning and relearning be investigated separately, and that the relationships among them are shown. The findings indicate that the components that are essential to the dynamic management of knowledge are learning, unlearning and relearning. Unlearning has a positive impact on dynamic knowledge management because it involves the elimination of knowledge that is no longer relevant or useful. On the other hand, relearning has a positive impact on dynamic knowledge management because it involves the acquisition of new information at all the stages of life. Limitations and implications of the research: This work provides a theoretical illumination of the linkages in learning, unlearning, organizational relearning, and knowledge management; however, it does not provide an empirical test for these interactions.Item Personalized System of Instruction(EZ Education, 2023) Divya R. PanjwaniEducation is a pathway through which a person can attain success in different endeavors of life. Under Indian Education System, Education is imparted through different stages like Play group. Pre-Primary Stage, Primary Stage, Middle Schools, Secondary Stage, Higher Secondary Stage, Under-Graduation, Post-Graduation, Doctorate and Post-doctorate etc. There are Diploma Courses also. Under all the courses of studies, the Indian Education System follows a pattern where teaching-learning transaction takes place at the place of study. The objectives of the courses are achieved under some prescribed evaluation system. So it can be said that for every stage or every class, there are objectives or aims, there is Teaching-Learning transaction and then there is evaluation of the process.Item Challenges in Implementation of New Education Policy(EZ EDUCATION, 2024) Nazia Akhlaq; Divya R. PanjwaniA number of critical concerns must be resolved prior to the successful implementation of NEP 2020 in higher education. These concerns pertain to accessibility, teaching quality, research, and innovation. Cooperation from all stakeholders will be necessary to ensure the effective execution of NEP 2020 in higher education. A landmark document, the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) seeks to revolutionize the education system across all tiers in India. A number of ambitious objectives are outlined in the policy with regard to higher education, including expanding access, enhancing quality, and encouraging research and innovation. However, a number of critical issues must be resolved prior to the successful implementation of NEP 2020 in higher education. Cooperation from all stakeholders will be necessary to ensure the effective execution of NEP 2020 in higher education. Collaboration among the community, institutions, instructors, and students, as well as the central and state governments, will be necessary to achieve this objective.Item International Collaborations for Knowledge Society(EZ EDUCATION, 2024) Nazia Akhlaq; Divya R. PanjwaniThe goal of a knowledge-based society has evolved into a global imperative in an interconnected world. The idea of a knowledge society centers on the efficient use and sharing of knowledge to promote innovation,social progress, and economic growth. International partnerships are essential for forming and advancing knowledge societies because they cross geographical barriers to tap into the collective wisdom of various countries. The significance and dynamics of international cooperation for establishing and advancing knowledge societies are explored in this paper. It starts off by looking at the fundamentals of a knowledge society and the part it plays in achieving societal advancement and sustainable development. The study also highlights the primary forces that motivate international cooperation in this setting, placing special emphasis on the significance of globalization, technical breakthroughs, and cross-cultural interactions. In order to show how partnerships between academia and industry facilitate the transmission of knowledge and innovation on a worldwide scale, the role of universities, research institutions, and multinational enterprises in fostering cross-border collaborations is investigated. Examined are the benefits and difficulties of international collaborations for knowledge societies, as well as issues with intellectual property, linguistic difficulties, and cultural disparities. This study also emphasizes the growing significance of online platforms and digital technology in fostering global cooperation for knowledge societies. It highlights the value of open-access knowledge sharing and the emergence of global virtual research networks. This study highlights that, in order to create and support knowledge societies in the twenty-first century, international cooperation are not only an option but also a requirement. These partnerships could hasten scientific advancements, advance intercultural understanding, and propel socioeconomic growth on a worldwide level.
