A Brief Review on the Exploration of Nanocomposites and Their Properties Through Computational Methods for Biological Activity Evaluation
(MDPI, 2025) Nashra Fatima,Ekhlakh Veg, Tahmeena Khan
This brief review examines the application of various computational approaches to investigate the physicochemical and interfacial properties of nanocomposite systems. Density functional theory (DFT), a quantum-mechanical technique, examines the fundamental properties of nanomaterials. Molecular docking studies have also been explored to show how different biological macromolecules can interact and bind with the nanoparticles (NPs’) surface, along with the molecular dynamics (MDs) simulations, which further strengthen the docking findings. Furthermore, nanotoxicology, a comparatively less explored field, has also been introduced, providing an insight into the interactions between nanomaterials and the environment and biological systems, including the harmful consequences.

Synthesis of p-Toulenesulfonylisocyanate and amines with acetonitrile solvent
(Book Rivers, 2026) Afifa Baig, Mohd Arsh Khan, Fiza Farooqui, Malik Nasibullah, Jamal Akhtar Ansari
The reaction between Para-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate (PTSI) and amine with the acetonitrile solvent is investigated to explain its kinetics, mechanism and synthetic utility. Kinetic studies reveal a second-order reaction dependence on both PTSI and aniline concentrations, with reaction rate constants determined over a range of temperatures. Spectroscopic analysis FT-IR confirms the formation of the desired product provides insights into reaction intermediates. The influence of reaction parameters such as temperature, concentration, and solvent composition on product yield and selectivity is explored. Mechanistic investigations suggest a stepwise addition elimination pathway with the solvent playing an important role in facilitating the reaction. Optimization of reaction conditions yields high product yields with minimal formation of byproducts. The synthetic utility of the reaction product is evaluated demonstrating its potential applications in organic synthesis. Environmental and safety considerations regarding the reaction are also discussed. Ultimately this research contributes to the broader understanding of organic synthesis of sulfonamides from para-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate with amines with the help of solvent acetonitrile.

Renewable Energy Policies and Economic Growth: A Review of Literature on Global Perspective
(Shashwat, 2023) Zia Afroz, Neha Singh, Rupali Sharma, Neha Khaliq
This research paper investigates the intricate relationship between. renewable energy policies and economic growth on a global scale. Against the backdrop of escalating environmental challenges and the urgent need to address climate change, nations worldwide are embracing renewable energy sources as integral components of their energy portfolios. The paper aims to unravel the complexities of this connection by examining the experiences of diverse countries and regions, shedding light on patterns, challenges, and success stories that characterize the impact of renewable energy policy interventions. Acknowledging the diverse arsenal of tools employed by governments, from incentives and subsidies to regulatory frameworks and technological innovation, our study takes a comprehensive approach to assess the effectiveness of these policies. The inherent complexities of the relationship are considered, taking into account political landscapes, technological advancements, and unique socio-economic contexts. Through a meticulous analysis of existing literature, empirical evidence, and case studies, this paper seeks to offer nuanced insights to inform policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders. The paper progresses through sections dedicated to a literature review, theoretical framework ,methodology, findings, and discussion. Drawing on diverse sources, we present a thorough examination of the global diventics between renewable energy policies and economic growth. By doing so, this research aspires to contribute valuable insights for decision-makers, fostering a more informed approach to the pursuit of sustainable and resilient economies in the face of environmental and economic challenges.
