    Harnessing Innovation for All: Pathways to Inclusive Growth through Economic Policy

    In the 21st-century global economy, innovation is widely recognized as a key driver of economic transformation and sustainable development. Yet, the challenge remains in ensuring that this transformation is inclusive, reducing inequality and promoting equitable access to the benets of growth. This chapter explores the interplay between innovation-driven economic policies and inclusive growth by analysing the frameworks, instruments, and global practices that integrate technological advancement with social equity. Drawing from empirical research, international case studies, and policy analysis, the chapter argues that a well- orchestrated innovation ecosystem aligned with inclusive objectives can catalyse widespread socio-economic progress. It investigates critical areas such as education and skills development, digital infrastructure, social innovation, and policy coherence as central components for inclusive innovation. The chapter concludes by proposing a set of policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the inclusiveness of innovation-led development, emphasizing the role of collaborative governance, participatory policy design, and the democratization of technological benets.

    The primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors make up India's economic structure, and each one makes a distinct contribution to the expansion and advancement of the country. Despite being a significant employer, the primary industry suffers from low productivity, antiquated methods, and climate reliance. Slow development, infrastructure obstacles, and talent mismatches are some of the issues facing the secondary sector, which is essential to industrial advancement and employment generation. Despite being the largest contributor to GDP, the quickly growing tertiary sector faces challenges from regional imbalances, informality, and uneven access. In order to achieve sustainable and equitable growth, this chapter explores the sector-specific barriers preventing India's economic advancement and highlights the necessity of comprehensive policy solutions.
