    In an era defined by rapid technological advancements, digital payment systems have emerged as a cornerstone of modern banking. These systems, powered by the internet and mobile technology, have trans- formed how individuals, businesses, and governments transfer funds,pay for goods and services, and manage finances. By providing seamless, real-time financial transactions, digital payment systems are reshaping the global economy, increasing financial inclusion, and offering convenience that was once unimaginable. This research paper tries to analyse the recent development and innovation in the banking system, finding out the challenge faced by banking industries in implementing the digital payment system.

    Educational technology and Information and Communication Technology has been making considerable impact on the society due to their Universal spread the urban community have seen the positive contributions of ICT and several dimensions like increases in efficiency communication and information on any time anywhere basis however significant and mass impact is yet to be felt among the rural communities this book has been written to provide the readers with the knowledge and skill in the use of educational technology and ICT for managing the teaching learning affairs both at the preparation and the in -service stages. With the objective of bridging this digital divide a large number of initiatives have been taken in different parts of India and our country is well poised to take the benefits of ICT to a common man. Landscape is said to take advantage of the flashing ICT initiative by Institutions and more specifically through information centres, these are limitations in providing much required content and capacity building to these stakeholders.

    In an ever-evolving landscape of education, the imperative to foster inclusivity and sustainable progress stands as a foundational challenge for educators worldwide. The present age, marked by an unparalleled range of differences, educators are faced with the task of adapting their methodologies to accommodate the distinct requirements and inclinations of a diverse student population. Concurrently, the increasing worldwide demand for sustainable practices underscores the imperative to incorporate environmental consciousness and responsible civic engagement into the core of educational systems. This research article explores innovative educational approaches that go beyond traditional boundaries to foster comprehensive and long-lasting progress. It examines the integration of differentiated instruction, universal design for learning, and collaborative learning in a harmonious and inclusive learning environment. The study also explores a tapestry of pedagogical approaches for accommodating diverse learning needs and addressing 21st-century challenges. Cultural responsiveness, environmental education, and technological integration are key to sustainability and inclusivity. The research shows that these pedagogical practices can change education for the betterment of students and the world.
