    Knowledge is considered the highest value in Indian tradition, akin to the perennial flow of the Ganga River symbolizing purity and liberation. The Indian Knowledge System aims to explore the depths of human understanding, from the smallest atoms to the vast universe. India boasts a rich spiritual heritage, with teachings from ancient sages influencing various aspects of culture such as literature, medicine, music, art, and more. The ancient Vedas highlight the importance of the Supreme Creator in the creation of the universe, serving as a foundational source of spiritual wisdom. Universities function as hubs of learning, fostering the development of ideas and abilities to better society. The 2020 National Education Policy symbolizes the integration of knowledge and learning, underscoring the significance of human values as India strives to excel in education on a worldwide scale.

    Resilience through Knowledge : The Role of Islamic Education

    This paper delves into the profound role of Islamic education in fostering resilience among individuals. Resilience, the ability to adapt and recover from challenges, holds significant importance in Islamic teachings . The study explores the foundations of resilience within Islamic Education, focusing on the Quran’s teachings and the Prophet Mohammad’s Hadith. Islamic Values like Tawakkal (reliance on Allah), Sabr (patience) and gratitude contribute to building resilience. The paper underscores the role of Islamic ethics, particularly the five pillars of Islam, in guiding moral decisions during adversities. The concept of resilience is woven into Islamic pedagogy, enriching academic learning with values like emotional intelligence, community support and critical thinking. The narrative of Bilal ibn Rabah serves as a powerful case study, demonstrating how unwavering faith and determination can enable individuals to overcome even the harshest challenges. Today’s world demands psychological and spiritual resilience, and Islamic Education’s teachings offer strategies for stress management, mental health and mindfulness. The paper concludes that Islamic education provides a lifelong journey of growth ,equipping believers with the courage and ethical fortitude to navigate life’s uncertainties with resilience.
