In the face of global obstacles to healthcare rights and implementation, this abstract examines the many facets of health, highlighting its significance for human flourishing and societal well- being. It draws attention to the development and present difficulties of India’s healthcare system and emphasizes the need for universal access to high-quality healthcare as a basic human right that is backed by both international and constitutional obligations.
