It is important for maintaining life and improving quality of life, which is important for both people and communities. In the face of global obstacles to healthcare rights and implementation, this abstract examines the many facets of health, highlighting its significance for human flourishing and societal well-
being. It draws attention to the development and present difficulties of India’s healthcare system and emphasizes the need for universal access to high-quality healthcare as a basic human right that is backed
by both international and constitutional obligations.
