Furthermore, traces the progression of industrial revolutions from Industry 1.0 to Industry 5.0 that focusing on the issues precipitated by Industry 4.0. Industry 5.0 has foundation pillars: human-centric approach, resilience, and sustainability, which optimize collaboration of robots, smart factories, and interconnected systems fostering human-robot collaboration. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of primary technology driving Industry 5.0, including the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and edge computing, big data analytics, 5G, and beyond.
