| dc.description.abstract | Since ancient times, the use of natural dyes in various established and emerging applications has been prevalent due to their unique properties. Consequently, the industry associated with their production, processing, and marketing has been flourishing. Despite the historical contributions it has made to the development of human civilization, the adverse effects resulting from their indiscriminate use cannot be ignored. These challenges pose a significant threat to human health, textile pollution, and overall degradation, necessitating the implementation of efficient and effective strategies for remediation. These remedial measures must be employed to prevent environmental degradation associated with their usage. These challenges alone make it challenging to advance further and establish a strong presence in the global market. Therefore, it is crucial to prioritize overcoming these challenges in order to enhance their role and applications on a sustainable scale in the global market. | |
