The objective of life-long learning bears social demand which results in upgradation of society. It accomplishes person‘s natural yearning to reconnoitre, learn and grow which heartens personal accomplishment and satisfaction. To safeguard life- long learning environment plays an important part, in case of life- long learning the adaptability of individual has contributed remarkably. Life-long learning environment can be fostered by proper exposure and approach in the education. Adaptability is crucial in human development since ages and is an important indicator of life- long learning. Life-long learning indicate renewed self -motivation, recognition of self -interest, improvement of personal and professional skills, improved self.Life-long learning has become easier in this time, but the success lies in the channelizing the information, knowledge and relevancy of upgrading the knowledge base of learner irrespective of age. | |
