Abstract
In contemporary period, the preservation of mother earth is a key issue all over the globe. Environment composed of both physical and biological components. Only single nation's dreadful conditions of environmental degradation may affect the worldwide ecosystem for all the nations. The crisis of enviro-crimes has attained global dimension and India is not immune from this crisis.
The climate change has been a key theme in global relations for nearly half a century now. Characteristically of a trans-national climate issues have been acknowledged as an archetypal strategy domain for global collaboration interests, ideas and organizations play out at the international arena that shape the who gets what in this international domain. Therefore, in recent years, International Environmental Jurisprudence is being increasingly witnesses as a serious means of promoting Sustainable Development Principles at global sphere.
The authors in this paper deals with the challenges and issues relating to ensuring Climate Justice for all and International Green Politics, role of International Institutions and various concern agencies and what are the international policies and guidelines for the protection and restoration of environment.
