Using secondary data sourced from national surveys and government reports, the study employs statistical methods to examine correlations between these factors and employment status. The findings reveal that higher education levels significantly enhance employment prospects, while socio-economic disparities-especially in rural-urban divides and gender continue to impede equitable access to job opportunities.
